Who we are

Video-Joy LLC ("Video-Joy", "we", "us") provides video production, social media content, and website design services for churches and local businesses. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

Video & social media subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in 31-day billing cycles.
• You can pause your subscription anytime and keep your unused days — if you use 21 days and pause, you have 10 days of service left to use whenever you resume.
• You may add as many requests to your queue as you like; they are produced and delivered one at a time.
• Most requests are delivered in about two days; more complex work (like animation) can take longer.
• We revise each video until you are satisfied with it.
• Because of the custom, high-quality nature of the work, completed work is not refundable.

Website services

• The free preview is exactly that — free. You owe nothing unless you decide to move forward.
• If you move forward, scope and pricing are agreed in writing before build work begins.
• Ongoing care (updates, hosting management, freshness) is billed as agreed in your plan.

Your content and ownership

• You must have the rights to any photos, video, logos, or materials you give us to use.
• Once paid for, the finished work we deliver is yours.
• We may feature completed projects in our portfolio and marketing. If you’d rather we not feature yours, tell us and we won’t.

What we promise (and what we can’t)

We do professional work and we stand behind it — that’s why we revise until you’re satisfied and let website clients see a preview before paying. That said, we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes (like a particular number of calls, views, or visitors), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Ending service

You can cancel a subscription at any time; service continues through the days you’ve already paid for. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for abusive conduct or content we won’t produce, with a fair refund of unused days in that case.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
